Hi! My name is Megan Aguirre and I am excited to be an Inclusion teacher this year! This is my 5th year being an inclusion teacher, but it’s my 15th year teaching here at MJE. My husband Eduardo and I have three kids. Colson who is here at Jara in 2nd grade and twin girls who turned three over the summer. I am excited for this school year and can’t wait to get started!

I am married and have two daughters (20 & 18). They attend LSU and the University of Texas(Austin). I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. I moved to Texas in 1996 to work for FWISD. I have spent my entire 29 years in FWISD, teaching special education. I have been at 7 schools. I have taught ECSE, RISE, Deaf Ed, and SEAS.

Hello! My name is Daniela Hernández, and I am a bilingual speech-language pathologist proud to serve the students and families of our school community. Hi! My name is Fernanda Vera and I am a bilingual school psychologist. I hope to be a support to our wonderful families and staff members in helping students become successful. When I am not on campus, I enjoy reading, playing video games, and spending time with my husband and cats. I am excited to be part of the Manuel Jara team this year!
