PRINCIPAL
Diana Garcia-Allen is an experienced educational leader dedicated to instructional excellence, student achievement, and building strong school communities. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of North Texas and her Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at Tyler. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) at Texas Christian University.
Originally from New York, Mrs. Garcia-Allen proudly considers Fort Worth home. She has been married for 24 years, is the proud mother of four adult children and is “Ama” to two beautiful grandchildren with one more on the way. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and being outdoors.

ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL
My name is David Sharp. I am excited about this school year, and I am excited to join your community! This will be my 16th year as an educator with FWISD. I began my career by teaching Social Studies and coaching football at Rosemont Middle School before becoming an administrator at J.P. Elder. I am an alumnus of Paschal High School and the University of Texas at Arlington, where I earned an undergraduate degree in American History and a graduate degree in Educational Leadership.
When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, a Registered Nurse, and my two sons. I also enjoy listening to vinyl records, watching baseball, and jogging. I am a lifelong resident of Fort Worth; I have a passion for working with young people and for my city. My goal is to teach students how to make positive decisions that will prepare them for the future.
